slightly freaking out....

I mean, just a little bit - not too much. I am sitting at Panera with my good friend David and we are working at our computers. I went on the UT-Austin music website to look at graduate registration stuff. Turns out the total hours required for a Saxophone Performance Degree at UT is 30. 30 hours. That's NOTHING. I mean, I guess that is the norm for graduate program, but it just doesn't seem like a lot. I can't wait until I am taking just a few classes and I can devote so much time to practicing. The minimum number of hours I can take to be a "full load" is 9. That means that I could be taking 3 classes with one being my lessons and that would be it for a semester. I know this doesn't seem like a lot now, but I'm pretty sure that it will be extremely intense. I hope survive. OK my computer is dying. Peace!
